Meet the Founder
For students like Nidhi Maddi, finding a voice wasn’t always easy. Once a quiet and introverted student through elementary and junior high, Nidhi discovered the power of public speaking — and how confidence and communication can transform a person’s future.
What began as a personal challenge soon became a purpose. Nidhi founded VoiceToLead to help other young people step beyond fear, speak with confidence, and share their stories with pride.
Today, as a junior at Rock Hill High School, she’s on a mission to inspire students everywhere to find their voice — not just to speak, but to lead.
